Blank Screen when trying to open System Restore / I cant watch any videos?

Today I dled an automatic update and ever since my computer has been acting real funny. I can't watch youtube videos because when I try to I get this message:

"Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player."

And on top of that, If I try to run System restore all I get is a blank white window, nothing else happens.

I cant even open my virus protection! The same thing happens.

I cant even access a few websites, Like I tried to install that Adobe flash thing and It wont let me! I cant even reach Dell's Online Tech support!

PLEASE HELP ME!
