I was accused of looking at child porn on the net and my computer was searched by the fbi and it came back unfounded. i cinsented to the search. I knew that if had no child porn on it. My wife has been taken prescription prozak for a number of years and smoking pot everyday upto 2 weeks ago. she got an order of protection on me and i have visitation every other week.if i can get her tested in ciurt and she fails will i get full custody of the kids and can i move back to the house with them and have her removed from the house and the car? there in both of our names. I have never beat on her or the kids and i dont know how she got the order on me.I can't see the kids or call them due to the order and im about to go out of my mind !!! If you can held me please please I beg of you to do so!!! I love my kids and I want them away from her drug use

Stand back and always make sure your actions are not based on your hatred toward your ex but based on what is best for your kids.

Do that regularly and often and always make sure that is the place you're coming from.

But, ***the most important advise I can give you*** is to get a restraining order put on her that keeps her from moving out of your area. You will almost certainly not get full custody unless you show she's incompetent (sorry I'm not addressing that point since that seems to be the main focus of your post). Once she has custody she will probably move and if she moves far enough away you can pretty much say goodbye to your kids.
