All the sudden I am getting this one pop up that won't stop and i have all kinds of pop up blockers in my computer and YES they are turned on! This is driving me insane, nothing will make it go away and stay away. This is what it says.....Security Alert,....... it is trying to make me buy spyware protection........I have McAfree on my puter and why isn't it taking care of that or any of my pop blockers.???????.

Your PC is infected with adware. Mcafee isnt picking it up and a pop up blocker wont do any good for a PC that is already infected. Use these scans to remove it, both free.
