Popup/virus help!?

Hi there,

I think my computer has a virus.. I get all these crazy popups even when I'm not on a website. I have comcast cable so my internet is always on. There's also these 4 icons that keep popping up on my desktop claiming to be spyware/popup protection. I delete them, but they just keep popping back. I'm currently running McAfee and Spybot, but nothings helping, can anyone help me? I get popups saying 'windows has detected an internet attact attempt.' Is there anything I can do to keep the popups from popping up and to clear out my computer of all these viruses. It slows down my internet, computer, loading and everything. HELP anyone? THANKS!
