There are two tabs to click under the options for when it says real-time protection and then a little farther down, below "Choose if Windows Defender should notify you about:" Should I click these two tabs? One says "software that has not yet been classified for risks" and the other says "changes made to your computer by software that is permitted to run"

This is a virus I had last week
It is adware/spyware or a virus. try removing it.

I used spybot and superantispyware and that got rid of my problem.
You need to go to the start menu鈥?. "my computer" add/remove hardware and see if any programs have been added that you are not aware of.
On your browser Go to tools...... internet option...... delete cookies 鈥︹€?delete files and all offline content
