Malware...MBS...techno failure...help!!!?

I've had loads of replys to my 'naked computer' question...thanks guys...i've tried putting some of it into practice...if i get a bit more specific i hope you answers might be too...im not much of a techi but this is what going on...i did have onecare, all round protection but then an MBS billing/nasty came through...some have suggested this bought malware(?) with it...computer is reacting slower than George w's brain...i got rid of onecare and replaced it with spybot and adware but this malware(?) turns them off...wots going on? if i control/alt/delete the cpu is running 98% and something like pryze is chomping away...i remove it then all is ok for 24 hours but it's as horrid as herpes and comes back...what is malware, is that what i've got...please help...i'll wash up for a month for you!!!

All I can suggest is go to this site, read what it says, download and run smitfraudfix malware remover. It helped me once.
