Question for people who work for APPLE?

I purchased a AppleCare protection for my macbook from a seller on amazon...The item was listed as new, and that it is factory sealed...When I received the item, it was not in that condition.. I contacted the seller saying this鈥?br>

Hi..I am contacting you because I am not pleased with the product that

I ordered......That being said, I would like a refund. In the

discription it said that the product is factory sealed...The item I received is

so far from that.....It's obvious that the box has been opened with the

big tape around it...and the fact that it does not include any

instructions....I would like to save myself from being involved in anything

illegal...I refuse to install this thing on my computer...As I said before...I

would like a refund....Thank You...

One of the customer service representative emailed me back this....

Hi Nicole,

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. I will get your

order set up for a refund. I won芒鈧劉t trouble you any further by asking

you to return the item. Please dispose of it or keep if you have use

for it. I will begin the refund paperwork and you should see the credit

within 3-5 business days. If you have any additional questions regarding

this matter please feel free to contact me. Thanks and have a great

day.

She also included the contact information just in case I needed to speak with her鈥?br>
