Anyone know anything about BTGuard? Worth it? A Scam?

I use Anonymizer on my Work/Primary computer but with my father's new work laptop I don't want to spend so much on internet privacy. Does anyone know anything about BTGuard?

Is it a scam? Do you use it?

If it IS a scam, what do you use? Free? Pay? Can you link me to the site of whatever you use?

This isn't about illegal activities, it is just no one's business what I do online!

BTGuard is one of the few that IS safe to use.
